No, you do not need a referral from a doctor to see us however we frequently work alongside our patients treating doctors to get the best outcome.

If you have any X-rays, scans or doctors letters that will assist in our assessment bring them along otherwise, just come in comfy clothes.

Your initial consultation is an hour long and the follow-up session is ½ hour long. If acupuncture is added to your session this will be an extra 20mins.

Yes, we have HICAPS facilities onsite that will give you an instant rebate. You will just need to pay the gap and this amount depends on your level of cover and health fund.

There is 1hr parking in front of the clinic from 10am onwards, off street parking in the side streets either side of the clinic and FREE parking in the Aldi complex on the corner.

Yes, you can however you must pay up front and a rebate will be transferred back to your debit card or bank account from Medicare.
